There are two ways to purchase electricity token from Vuvaa Energy

1. PURCHASE AS A REGISTERED MERCHANT (Make Income)

2. PURCHASE WITHOUT REGISTRATION

1. PURCHASE AS A REGISTERED MERCHANT (Make Income)

• Visit energy.vuvaa.com website on your (laptop, desktop, tablet, phone)
• Click on Login, input your username (email) and password to access your merchant dashboard
• Click on buy power, select location, Fill in Meter Number, email address, Phone Number, password, Amount and then proceed
• Details assigned to that meter number will be displayed to you for confirmation.
• Confirm details and then buy
• After a successful transaction, your token number will be displayed. An email notification and SMS will be automatically sent to you
• You can also out print receipts and handover to our clients

2. PURCHASE WITHOUT REGISTRATION

• Visit energy.vuvaa.com website on your (laptop, desktop, tablet, phone)
• Click on buy power, select location, Fill in Meter Number, email address, Phone Number, password, Amount and then proceed
• Details assigned to that meter number will be displayed to you for confirmation.
• Confirm details and then buy
• After a successful transaction completion, your token number will be displayed. An email notification and SMS will be automatically sent to you

A merchant is an individual, Business enterprise, Cafe, Supermarket, Superstores, Microfinance banks, Co-operative Societies etc. that operate as resellers. With their account, they can sell electricity units to individuals and make money in return

You can access your token via

• Email: Your token and other details of the transaction would be sent to the email you provided while filling in your details.

• Re-print Token: You can also access your tokens by going to "Reprint Token" on the main menu

• Type in the details required and click “Check for Receipt”

• Visit energy.vuvaa.com
• Click on merchant registration
• Input your first name, last name, email address, chosen password ,phone number, address, select location, city , choose a merchant name and then complete sign up
• An activation link is sent to your email. Visit your email and click on the link to complete sign up

• Card payments using your ATM card (General Users)
• Bank Payments into our bank account (Registered users only)
• E-bills payment from any Bank to directly fund your merchant account(Registered users only)
• Merchant can fund their wallets using their ATM cards
